Congratulations for taking the important step to understand the 10 Faces of Trauma. In these short video teachings, you may identify how unresolved trauma is showing up in your life and in the lives of those around you.

Unresolved trauma results in a dysregulated nervous system and can severely impede your self expression, authenticity, creativity and overall self love. Because we are social beings, our energies affect each other. Therefore, being dysregulated can dysregulate others, negatively  impacting your relationships and ability to create workable solutions.

As the divine feminine awakens, it’s on us to heal unresolved trauma so that we can show up fully for our unique soul mission, restore wholeness to ourselves, our communities and the planet, and receive the loving abundance that is already here for us. There’s no more important work than dissolving unresolved trauma, and the time is now.
