As an artist, I have always connected to the unconscious inside. This is where we can find our meaning, integrating our mind, body, & spirit. To me this is also Part Work.
This year I created this image of a child part of me as Picasso’s A Child Holding a Dove.
I feel such love for this vulnerable part of myself as I create and look at this art.
As I connect to an inner rising of Sophia wisdom, I am also connecting to many wise, joyful child parts within me.
Addressing their pain and healing my past trauma has brought such a deep love for the whole of me, bringing profound strength and insight.
It is this process that enables me to step into my feminine leadership.
