Creative Expression for Trauma Healing Container  - FAQ

Why art therapy?
No art experience is necessary. All people can benefit from the art making process to express thoughts and feelings that are too complex or painful to put into words. Art helps us slow down and BE with ourselves. We open to new insights and possibilities when being creative.
